After watching the coverage from Boston today, there aren't many words. My heart aches for those impacted today, especially the runners, race officials, spectators, and their loved ones. I am also thinking about the first responders, and all those doing the crucial work to save and rebuild lives, and provide comfort to those in pain.
To see something that is inspirational - a once in a lifetime opportunity - turn so horrific...it can be hard to see past such a dark event. I know I cannot offer much to those impacted today. But I will go out tomorrow and run in their honor.
